Darren Kellaway
Quantity Surveyor
Working with the company since its formation, Darren holds 10 years experience in carpentry during which he progressed to site supervisor. Darren went on to study Quantity Surveying at the University of Glamorgan, qualifying in 2010. Darren’s role within the company comprises preparation and submission of tenders, including preparation of bills of quantities, interim valuations and materials take-offs. Darren is also our designated Customer Care Manager, providing a single point of contact for our clients and their residents, ensuring reported defects are carried out by our team within 48 hours and emergencies on the same day.
