We are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and associates and any other persons who may be affected by our activities.

Accreditation is an integral component of our success and growth, ensuring we achieve and maintain the highest standards of health and safety which are compliant with the 1974 Health and Safety at Work Act. We are accredited with; The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment scheme (CHAS), NHBC Safemark Competence Assessment Scheme and the British Woodworking Federation.

We are official members of the BM Trada Q-Mark Fire Door Registered Installers Scheme, download our PDF certification to view our certified installers. By specifying or selecting a Q-Marked product, our clients can be assured that it has demonstrated the required performance levels through independent accredited testing or appraisal, or independent testing or appraisal and that every product manufactured offers the same level of performance through an approved quality management system. Our performance and production will continue to be regularly checked through audit testing and inspections.

100% of our workforce is CSCS registered and 80% CRB checked. All our site supervisors have completed the CITB Site Supervisor course. We employ fully qualified carpenters and a number of supervised apprentices who train with Construction Skills (formerly CITB). All our carpenters attend mandatory toolbox talks which are delivered upon induction, followed by weekly and fortnightly toolbox talks in relation to the work in hand.

In collaboration with South Wales Consultancy Ltd, we ensure regular on-site Health & Safety inspections which are undertaken by a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and a full member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MISSRSM).
