High Street, Barry, South Wales

A new build residential development for Newydd Housing Association will provide town houses and apartments.

Gelli Dawel, Merthyr Bridgend, South Wales

Project: New Build Extra Care Facility

The 60 flat development will be the first of its kind in the Merthyr area, providing an important community facility within the newly-established Gelli Dawel residential area. The site is elevated and very exposed to take full advantage of the magnificent views across the Taff valley to the west, however still provide shelter from the prevailing south-westerly winds.

In association with Wates Living Space and Bron Afon Community Housing, the project involves upgrades of soffits, facias, rain water goods and repair of repairs to existing social housing.

Mountain Road, Ebbw Vale, Wales

This development situated on Mountain Road, Ebbw Vale will comprise of new housing and apartments.

Construction of 57 Houses and a block of 12 apartments, Newport, Lysaght Village, South Wales

The first phase of homes at Lysaght Village is anticipated to launch in summer 2010, with building taking place over the next ten years. When completed, the development will comprise of a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes suitable for a wide range of purchasers, from first time buyers, downsizers and young professionals to growing families and investors.

Construction new 102 Bed Care Home, Llanishen, South Wales

This development is currently the largest care home to be built in South Wales. The accommodation is mainly mixed tenure two bed roomed extra care flats. Activity rooms, vertical circulation and other shared functions are located in the ‘hub’ on each level to create a bustling heart whilst the wings provide a quieter location for the flats.

This development is situated in Cathays, just north of the City Centre. The accommodation will comprise 43 one and two bedroom apartments and 22 student studio flats.

Ebbw Vale, South Wales

This development is situated on the edge of Ebbw Vale, adjacent to a community day hospital. The accommodation is arranged in two wings, which will provide shelter to a sunny rear garden. The entrance lobby is a glazed link that gives views through to the garden and welcomes residents and visitors.

This is a state-of-the-art ‘Housing with Care’ development providing affordable homes for the people of Caerphilly and is a United Welsh development. The development will consist of one and two bedroom apartments together with specialist support and care facilities.
